Typically you don't wanna have more than two or three passwords memorized inside your head.
But most of the time that's not a choice. Some sites force you to have alphanumeric passwords, while your banks and credit card access force you to have only numeric passwords.
When it comes time for you to change your password, life start to get really complicated. Sometimes it's the computer system force you to have a new password, sometimes you get phished, sometimes a girlfriend who know your password just broke up with you.
If you are like any friend I know, changing password means having a new kid. Pretty soon you're gonna forget which kid is where, which password is for which login.
That's why password manager is so important to me. There are plenty of great password manager out there. I personally have been using Oubliette for some time (though it's been discontinued). But I know not a lot of people are that diligent with one.
The truth is most people are not that security-conscious. But the way the web has evolved, password manager is no longer about security anymore. It's about freeing up your mind from the unnecessary trash like memorizing seven set of passwords. That's what GTD is all about, take your mind off the mundane stuffs.
As far as password manager goes, there are two way around it. First is the most common option: desktop software solution. Like Oubliette, they typically offer strong encryption, storing your login names, passwords, URLs, emails, categories, and additional notes for each account. For the most secure option, this is the best way to go.
However, I find it increasingly inconvenient that I have to make sure I have the most updated copy of the password file on my thumb drive. If you are like me and use different PCs in multiple locations, you better make sure you have your password file synchronized or you'd regret it just when you need it.
But the worst is when you are using a PC as a guest, and your password manager is not installed there, which is most likely the case.
So I resort to building a web-based password manager, onelurv. Two major reasons I can't do without it.
First is obvious, I have access to it anywhere, no installation needed.
Secondly, I can login to my sites with just one click. Truth is, I'm getting sick and tired of copy and pasting login/password back and forth between my browser and password manager. So I built onelurv to store my login/password and log me in with one click, no more sign in form.
Hence, web-based password manager would be viable if you are less security-demanding and more convenience-oriented.

Test Your Impatience
Patience is said to be a great virtue. How many of us are patient? For example, you need immediate medical attention and you reach your Doctor after calling him/her up. You find that you will have to wait for one hour. What would be your reaction/ would you take a magazine and begin reading or walk around impatiently?
All of us lose our patience at some point of time in our life. Some of us do it very quickly. For others it needs something big to disturb otherwise they are patient all the times. What is your patience? Have you thought about it? Certain ties in life, we can do nothing, but we still act impatiently. That does not help at all. It may hurt us.
What if you are stuck in a traffic jam? You want to reach for a meeting, but the traffic refuses to move because of some mishap ahead. Will acting impatiently help? No. it would be better to get cool and listen to some music or make notes of your work or plan of other things. Take this time as a gift and use it positively. This depends on us.
Success comes easily to those who understand their emotions and don’t let the emotions overwhelm them always. One who is always driven by emotions meets failures from time to time. We have to apply our mind and analyze every situation. We have to react after that. We have been given the ability to react by nature. Touch any hot object and you will get away immediately. That is natural. But reacting immediately in every situation can be bad for our career and home life. Patience plays a very important role in that.

Personality Test - Are You A Sports Car?
All of you have watched sport cars. They go on a predetermined course at a great speed, taking sweeping turns and demolishing anything that comes on the way. if there is a big obstacle, the sports car will meet with an accident itself. The only objective of such a car is to travel as fast as possible and leave others behind in the race.
Do you behave like a sports car? Deciding about your home and work schedule in the morning and then completing every work one after another at the greatest speed possible. To accomplish all the pending work as soon as possible is the only objective of such people. Are you one of these? If they are walking towards their office block, they will not walk slowly absorbing scenes around, but walk swiftly, get in to elevator, occupy the desk and begin working to complete everything one after another.
Precision work at the highest speed is the main characteristic of such people. Even if they to watch a movie, they will watch it clinically and walk out. They enjoy nothing except the thrill of being first in the race of completion. Do such people ever enjoy life? Do you think that such a person will ever walk in a garden leisurely enjoying the flowers, sit on a bench and look around? That sounds impossible.
We are human beings and not machines. We need to relax, enjoy, savor life, meet people, relate and work. Work is not the only object of our life. Why not change yourself to a slow moving luxury sedan?

Do You Value Yourself?
We all live. We all work. We all wish to have a family, have children, retire peacefully and then pass away. Is that all in our life? What is the true value you put to your life? What are you? What do you want to achieve so that you make a difference in the world? What memories you want to leave? These are questions all of us must ask. Billions of people in the world lead a routine life and pass away. Is that enough/ Can we not do something better? How to make ourselves valuable?
We make ourselves by giving. When we make others happy, we become happy. When we do something unselfishly, we feel good. Most of the problems in our life arise because of absence of giving. Marriages are getting broken for small reasons, because neither the husband nor the wife wants to give in. Both have their demands that must be met, otherwise separation.
Every child wants admission in the best college. Every person wants the best job. Everybody wants the best comfort. All of us want. What about giving? Few of us do that and that is our problem for dissatisfaction in our own life. We are slowly losing our self-esteem because of our own behavior.
Once we begin giving, we will be rebuilding our esteem. Try to help those around you. Tolerate few nuisances. Forgive others for their faults. Don't hurt people with harsh words. Don't act in a manner that destroys a life. Contribute to the world so that the world remembers us for our goodness. All of us may not become saints, but we can surely follow in their footsteps.

Are You A Know-All Or No-All?
Expert or Generalist - what are you? Are you one who will know more and more about one subject and less and less about others? Or you are one who knows something about everything? Those of us who are experts are surprised that some people on the earth are generalists and vice-versa. But both the breeds exist on our earth. What are you? Which type is better?
Let us take example of medicine. For example if someone gets fever, he/she cannot approach a specialist, because they would not know which specialty is concerned. In this case they will have to first consult a generalist and after that if needed go to a specialist.
The problem arises when one is a total generalist in his/her profession/work/business. No growth can take place here because if you are in retail but know as much about retail as you know about export procedures, that will be of no help. Slowly you will have to develop expertise in retail to succeed.
Similarly, if you are an expert in retailing but know nothing about other professions, that will hurt your interests. You will find it difficult to grow because retail does not grow alone. It has to get support of other specialties also such as manufacturing.
What is the best way? The best option would be to develop expertise in one trade/profession and get related knowledge of other professions, which will be needed to grow in your chosen field.
